Our Team

Phil Salerno:

Phil has been remodeling since 1985 and is familiar with all aspects of residential building and remodeling. He has built homes from clearing the lot to laying the carpet and installing the wallpaper. Phil is always striving to improve his knowledge and has taken courses in residential wiring and boiler installations just for fun. Phil has the temperament to keep cool and focused on his clients needs in a very demanding business. His enthusiasm and concern for the homeowner makes him a valued member of our team.  He is always trying to improve the way we handle projects and getting the job done right.

David DiDio:

David has been remodeling since 1985. He is a vocational school graduate and has vast experience managing all types of remodeling projects. He is extremely organized and has a clear plan of what needs to be done each day. David had 5 years experience in a custom cabinet shop where his focus was millwork and cabinetry, making him capable of attacking any type of high end cabinetry and millwork plan. David works our system to its maximum potential. You will see David on his lap top communicating the project information back to the office or to the subcontractors and designers keeping the project on course and on schedule. Besides all of his work  experience, David is a soft spoken leader that we are proud to have with our team.

Ashley Montanez:

Ashley has built homes and additions since 1995. He is neat and organized. His concern for the homeowner and their property, his enjoyment of the changes that transpire during a remodel make him a carpenter we are proud of and trust with the most important job, your home. He inspires the confidence that is important when remodeling peoples homes. He demands that all who enter your home, be it subcontractors, delivery people, decorators, etc... follow the rules and conduct themselves in a professional manner. There is a level of care and concern here that is truly special.

Itamar Soares:

Itamar is a finishing specialist. He has been with Mastercraft since 1989 and was our first team member. He performs the final and most important step in the remodeling process, painting and decorating. Itamar’s work is our lasting impression. He knows it has to be good and is well aware of how long the process has been to this point. design to construction. With the finishing phase, he knows a positive attitude and an unrelenting effort to complete the project is what our homeowners want to see. In addition to being a great painter and manager, during his tenure with Mastercraft, Itamar attended night school and became a Microsoft Certified Networker. He now is responsible for all of the smart home technology that involves every thing from setting up a home network to programming universal remote controls for home entertainment systems.
